Brew of Sunflowers

Cut the stems at an angle.
Remove excess leaves from the stems.
Choose a clean, sturdy vase, preferably glass, to fill with tap water at room temperature.
Regularly top up the water level in the vase because sunflowers drink a lot.
Place the vase in a cool place, away from the fruit bowl and not in direct sunlight (sunflowers in cut flowers last longer out of direct sunlight).
